We’re excited to get Kai Knuutila join our team as a Lead AI Solutions Strategist. Kai is a long-term digitalization and technology professional, with experience in leading teams in multiple technology areas ranging from software, hardware, semiconductors to IoT, wearables and AI. With a solid work experience of 22+ years, of which 17 spent at two technology giants Intel and Nokia, Kai is an experienced senior technology strategist and advisor.
Prior to Silo AI, Kai spent the past three years at Glaston, the leading provider of glass processing technologies. As their Digitalization Manager, he led their team working on AI development, data analytics, cloud solutions and AR/VR to create an award-winning digitalization service business for industrial usage.
Kai has versatile experience in various technology areas: software tools, hardware design, semiconductors, embedded systems, processors for phones, tablets, IoT and wearables. His experience has given him a broad understanding of technology development and overcoming the challenges along the way.
From his experience at global technology companies and most recently, at Glaston, Kai has gained significant skills for making international business that scales globally. Kai has also lived and worked in the UK for two years during his past.
