We’re thrilled to get the former Solita Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Jenni Kivikoski to join Silo.AI! Jenni is Silo.AI’s new Talent Acquisition Lead and she will head our recruitment in Finland and in new markets, as we keep expanding the business.
Jenni has 6+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition in fast-paced high-growth environments. In her previous position, Jenni was responsible, together with her team of 8 recruiters, for leading talent acquisition and employer brand in four different markets. Her experience in kicking off international recruitment from scratch will be highly valuable as Silo.AI continues to grow internationally. In her recruitment, Jenni has mostly focused on scaling data science, machine learning, data engineering and other IT professional teams.
Jenni has also background in designing the recruitment strategies and employer branding. Silo.AI team just recently reached the 60 people milestone, growing into a team of 30 PhDs. The team will expand to new cities and countries during the upcoming year.
