Ex-QuantumBlack Chair Nicolaus Henke joins Silo AI Board of Directors

We proudly announce that Dr. Nicolaus Henke joins the Silo AI Board of Directors. Dr. Nicolaus Henke is a Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company and the former Chair of QuantumBlack, McKinsey's advanced analytics and AI firm, which he co-led from small beginnings to a global client service. Additionally, he helped found and scale McKinsey Analytics, where he worked with leading clients on analytics and AI work across various domains in healthcare, industrial, regulators, and governments. Nicolaus is also a previous member of McKinsey's global board, the Shareholder's Council.

Nicolaus brings Silo AI decades of experience working with leading global organizations and executive teams on deploying technology and AI across pharma, healthcare, industrial, governments, and high-performance sports. His areas of expertise are business strategy and company transformation through data, AI, and technology. In addition, Nicolaus is a seasoned board professional who supports growth companies, mainly at the intersection of healthcare and technology. He also serves on the dean's advisory council for the Harvard Kennedy School. His academic background is in economics and business operations research. He holds a master's degree and PhD in business from the University of Münster, Germany, and a master's in public administration from Harvard University, USA, where he was selected as a John J. McCloy scholar.
